We are looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist. The clinic is headed by a Medical Director with many years of experience and a fantastic reputation in the industry.
Your role will be to ensure that all clients receive a warm welcome and have a flawless patient journey. You will also assist with the day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting the Clinic Manager. The majority of your time will be client facing, as you will act as a patient concierge, greeting guests in the clinic, and dealing with inquiries over the phone and via email. You will advise clients on treatments and products, take bookings and payments, and provide an excellent standard of customer service at all times. You will deal with patient paperwork, ensuring that all records are kept up-to-date and accurate, and you will ensure that the diaries of the practitioners are managed efficiently.m
Skills and experience required:
You must have experience of working in a similar role in a clinic, or hospitals and have excellent customer service, sales, and administrative skills. We are looking for an approachable person with an outgoing personality, but also a high level of professionalism and maturity. You should excel at teamwork.You must also have: An in-depth understanding of Plastic surgery, skincare and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
Candidate Requirement
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Immaculate written and spoken English.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task.
