This position will be responsible for the logistics coordination of shipments, including responsibility to monitor and facilitate all financial tracking and reporting aspects. S/he will also be responsible for providing logístical and administrative support to the team.
S/he will oversee the timely delivery of goods. They maintain delivery schedules and track pick and deliveries to ensure on time service requirements are met. Coordinators update and provide tracking information to internal managers.
**Qualifications**:
– Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

– Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
– Must be able to handle multiple tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
– Experience in logistics and procurement, preferable related to air freight and sea-cargo shipments arrangements
– Attention to detail
– Excellent planning and organization skills
– Excellent administrative, financial, accounting, and reporting skills
– 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
**Responsibilities**:
– Communicate with Sales Staff & Top Management to ensure delivery date, product availability and services are available on a timely basis.
– Coordinate **all** Air Import/Export Freight activities. This may include quotations, bookings, documentation, data entry, shipment tracking and tracing, and billing.
– Negotiate and arrange transport of goods with shipping or freight companies
– Retrieve stored items and trace lost shipments as necessary.
– Ensure complete information is received from the sales staff
– Maintain daily and weekly inventory & other reports and coordinate shipment schedule.
– Organize meetings and meeting schedules for each department
– Maintain office supply inventory and order new supplies; keep kitchens and bathrooms stocked; ensure staff have what they need to fulfill their job functions
– Work with accounting departments to process invoices, make payments, and track receipts
