Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented junior sous chef to join our team at Divan Turkish restaurant. As a junior sous chef, you will be responsible for assisting the chefs with daily operation, as well as ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Requirement
– minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on Turkish cuisine
– Knowledge of traditional Turkish cooking techniques, including how to prepare Turkish meat and chicken doner and grills
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– A passion for cooking and a dedication to creating exceptional dishes
– preparing dishes according to our restaurant’s standards and recipes
– Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
