Hiring HR Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join our growing team at Ala Abdi Holding, located in Dubai Investment Park. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in the UAE and be able to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documents are completed.
Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, HRIS, and other HR databases.
Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts, and documenting employee issues.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and employee wellness programs.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims resolution.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
Stay updated with changes in local labor laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
