Description:
The Assistant Training Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR in designing, developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across the organization. The person in this role will be responsible for managing the entire training process, including needs analysis, content development, delivery, evaluation, and reporting.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a training and development role, with experience designing, delivering and evaluating training programs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform training decisions.
