Description:We are looking for a Assistant HR Manager with outstanding Human Resources Operations and Administrative skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for the below duties but not limited to: Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.Work closely in building employee relations across all levels and build a positive working environment.Communicate and coordinate the process involved in annual performance appraisal, assist in consolidation and finalization.Group Attendance Management, Prepare and consolidate monthly payrolls for the group of companies. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures. Initiating the performance evaluation and coordinating with the department heads & Line managers. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contacts and help resolve the issues. Prepare NOC / warning letters/ salary certificate etc. and other HR relevant letters as required. Ensure compliance with Labour Laws regulations. Perform Orientation, onboarding, and update records with new hires.Fully responsible for the Workmens Compensation Insurance and Group Health Insurance renewals and claims etc. Annual / Local / Paternity / Emergency Leaves Management. Respond to external queries related to HR eg. Labour dispute / staff accommodation/ police complaints/ audits. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice. Requirements: 5-8 Years of proven experience in HR in manufacturing firm. Bachelors Degree , Additional HR certification will be a plusUnderstanding of general Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations ePROMIS system.
