Job Key Details
Be involved in the recruitment process through preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process etc
Develop and implement effective on-boarding plans
Offer counselling on policies and procedures
Assist in payroll administration
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives as well as systems in the company
Handle employee filing system
Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Assess employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related position
At least 1 or more years of experience in the human resource field required
Excellent communication skills
Must have good knowledge of laws relating to employee relations in the UAE
Excellent time management skills required
Proficiency with MS Office application
Good planning and organizational skills
