Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Purpose:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensuring the company’s HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local laws and regulations. The HR
Manager will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the overall business plan and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the overall business strategy.
Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
Employee Relations: Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, to ensure employee satisfaction and well-being.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs, including onboarding and professional development, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with department managers to understand and meet their HR needs.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the HR budget.
Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely reporting.
Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues.
Management-Employee Relations: Address demands, grievances, or other issues to promote a positive work environment.
Human Capital Management: Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital.
Performance Management: Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Pay Plan and Benefits: Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office.

Salary: AED12,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
