Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Requirements and Skills:
· Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
· Excellent MS Office knowledge
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Excellent in Office Management
· Discretion and confidentiality
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required
