Summary
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Assigns work and changes schedules of subordinates tomeet changing requirements and circumstances. Ensures proper coverage for eacharea.
3. Coordinates with Patient Access and Eligibility Sectionand Human Resources Department to ensure all process for new patients andemployees newly accepted has been completed accordingly.
4. Evaluates performance of subordinates. Counselssubordinates to improve performance.
5. Ensures that all equipment and materials are availableas needed and that equipment is operating properly.
6. Ensures adequate staffing evaluates and counsel’semployees regarding performance trains and orients new employees.Education
Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Business
Administration, Public Health, or other related discipline is required.Experience Required
Five (5) years of related experience including (2) years in a senior/supervisory
position with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
