About this role

To organize / co-ordinate the general staffing arrangements of the project as follows:•To coordinate mobilization (and later demobilization) of personnel;•Initiate TAS recruitment process with C&P;•Create PR for each RFQ to be launched;
•To submit duly completed MRF with to C&P for recruitment process;•To submit relevant proposals to Team/Package Managers and arrange interviews through C&P as required;•Once PO is issued, coordinate all mobilization activities including arrangement with General Services and IT;•To ensure with C&P for timely renewal and/or amendment of contracts as required,
To close out all contracts in a timely manner after demobilization of contracted personnel•Manage the personnel administration database for and provide regular reporting to Senior Workforce Coordinator on personnel mobilizations / demobilizations / relocations etc.To organize the relocation of personnel to the different work locations as follows:•Plan; in conjunction with Project/Team Manager & Project Admin, the movements of personnel between locations;
•Ensure the practical aspects are in place on location (e.g., accommodation / schooling / administrative aspects – visa etc.),Other responsibilities:•To ensure along with Project Admin logistics arrangements for mission orders, offshore rotations, site visits within Country for personnel as required;
•To cover Project Assistant responsibilities during leave period;•To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors
What you need to bring
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2 years’ Experience in manpower coordination • Minimum 2 years’ Experience in O&G industry preferred
• Competence in use of SAP and Microsoft Excel • Good Communication skills and fluency in English
