We are a Canadian law firm that specialises in immigration services, real estate brokerage and company formation. The Ace group has offices in Dubai, Toronto and Islamabad. Our core business is to provide our customers with professional services in the sectors in which we operate.We are looking for enthusiastic experienced Leasing Agents professionals to join us for Walk-In-Interview at Westburry Office Tower, 15th floor and Office 1501 on Wednesday 28th December, 2022 at 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Job Responsibilities:• Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly.• Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.• Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information and preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations• Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.• Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.• Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.• Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units• Following up on leads for potential renters• Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified• Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees• Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues• Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service• Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.• Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matches these needs with available properties.• Ensures available and model apartments are fresh and tidy.Required skills:• Outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.• Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both verbal and written. • Detail-oriented and organized.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software• Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation.Experience and Education: • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.• 2-3 years Real estate Leasing Agent or similar position • Real Estate sales license preferred.• At least two years of Area Specialist experience requiredBenefits:Above Industry Commission Structure
