Axenix is a leading IT Consulting company – former part of Accenture. The Company is establishing a new office in Dubai to expand the business within the Middle East region.
Our Company is looking for a versatile and highly-organized Personal Assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management (2 directors). In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You will also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
The office administrative support will be also part of your working scope.
We expect from you:
English and Arabic – both fluent is a must
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
High level of communication;
Understanding the culture of the region and ability to arrange meetings with client’s senior management;
