Salary (negotiable 10.000 to 15.000) In this position, you’ll play an important role to oversee the company operational activities at all levels, ensuring smooth day to day transactions with exceptional level of customer service standard / satisfactions.In order to best perform duties and responsibilities, a Operation/Sales Manager should possess the following skills and qualifications:- Holding a Degree in Business, Operation Management or related field (with UAE attested university documents)- with UAE driving license- Proven work experience as Operation Manager or similar role- Excellent leadership, management, and social skills, with knowledge of active listening- Outstanding organizational skills- A team player who can lead by example and knows how to motivates and unified a team with diverse nationalities- Advanced knowledge and hand-on experience of Microsoft Office for planning and reporting- Organize, Creative, and Resourceful with Exceptional Analytical skills- Innovative and able to work independently or under less supervision- Trustworthy, honest, and professional at work with admirable communication skills- Multitasking and will be able to handle work pressure- Familiarity with business and financial principlesJob description includes:- Ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices- Formulate strategic and operational activities such as increasing qualities of customer service, marketing, and others- Recruit, train, and supervise staffs towards achieving sales target and exceptional level of customer satisfaction- Ensuring a relaxing and friendly environment in all business premises by being physically present and supporting the staff(s) on duty- Overseeing business premises and facilities, coordinating necessary tasks needed in the office team – such as maintenance, legalities, purchases, etc- Maximizing man power with fairness for company’s profitability, through proper staff scheduling- Reporting KPIs to the owners with proposals on how to improve business operations
