Hiring Front Office Executive for one of our client based in UAE
Nationality: Asian Preferred
Gender: Female
Key Role
Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.
Informing the relevant employees of the arrival of visitors and necessary coordination, as necessary.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Answering, forwarding, and screening all domestic and international phone calls.
Scheduling appointments.
Assisting the logistics department in receiving and dispatching couriers.
About the candidate.
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent hospitality communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)
Good organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
0-3 years of experience required
Salary: 4000 – 5000 per month based on the experience
Selection will be based on Client interview
