Description:
We are looking to hire a female Secretary to the CEO of the Company who can also perform some HR and administrative duties including but not limited to:
Official correspondence on behalf of the CEO and follow-ups
Travel arrangements including visas/hotel booking/tickets etc.
Meetings scheduling
Recording minutes of the meetings and follow-ups
Maintaining employees’ records
Arranging staff training and maintaining records
Negotiation and renewal of annual medical insurance and workmen’s compensation insurance
All other Insurance renewals/follow-ups and negotiations
HACCP audit, records and documentation (currently ongoing)
Meeting external auditors’ HR-related requirements
Support to directors in official matters
Correspondence and liaise with authorities like JAFZA and Trakhees etc against the ongoing refinery refurbishment project
Meetings with vendors and service providers to negotiate their quotes against various project activities
