· Greets and welcomes visitors to the company.
· Answer telephone system for screening, transferring calls, responding for inquiries and taking messages.
· Maintaining the reception area neat and tidy.
· Maintaining the office equipment in order and well-functioning for the company.
· Performing clerical and administrative duties such as organizing files, preparing documents, quotations, contracts & other support for the team.
· Monitor and follow up for quotations or contracts made to the clients.
