We are looking an HR & Operations Manager with minimum 5 years of managerial experience preferably in Manpower Industry.
· Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
· Handles aspects of management, including direct supervision and mentoring of subordinate staff.
· Attend and answers questions about salary, deductions, attendance and time records
· Managerial activities may include but are not limited to, participation in hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, and reviewing front office staff.
· Maintain personnel database related to salaries.
· New contract Issuance to all the employees and addressing employee issues / concerns
· Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of interdisciplinary team and independently assume responsibility.
· Strong initiative and enthusiasm and willingness to pitch in whenever needed
· Managing Customer Feedback and Manpower Deployments.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills

· Minimum 5+ Years of experience in HR / Operations
