PURPOSE OF POSITION:
ARK is recruiting an Operations Support Officer based in Amman, Jordan to support a Canadian funded project in Jordan. Working closely with the Head of Operations Support, the successful candidate will provide support services to programme teams including, but not limited to, administration, procurement, logistics, travel, HR and compliance guidance.
The Operations Support Officer will be responsible for activities that support the effective and efficient attainment of project objectives whilst ensuring that all project activities are delivered in accordance with ARK’s policies and procedures. The Operations Support Department is responsible for ensuring adherence to both internal and donor policies and procedures.
