PRIMARYOBJECTIVE OF POSITIONTo ensure that all the staff is practicing goodhygiene practices (GHP) throughout the production in Central Production Kitchenand all the other outlets.TASKS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1) Assistthe Hygiene & HACCP Manager with the day to day requirements of theRadisson Blu Hotel, Doha.2) Beresponsible for maintaining the highest level of Food Hygiene and Safetystandards in the hotel.3) Workmostly in the production areas, monitoring that food safety procedures arebeing followed.4) Ensureproper documentation and records are completed by the responsible parties.5) Problemsolving as relates to food and safety issues.6) Helpmaintain the ISO 22000:2005 certification in the F&B Department such asfood production area and all areas involved in the Food chain.7) Assistwith enforcing food safety program and procedures, GMP policy and personalhygiene policies.8) Performand record Food Safety inspection and report any irregularities and take propercorrective action.9) Responsiblefor quality and safety checks for all raw and prepared food products.10) Verify andcommunicate to appropriate departments any findings as it relates to foodsafety and/or quality issues.11) Report andassist with correcting any unsanitary conditions in food preparation and foodstorage/receiving area.12) Report anyrequired maintenance/replacement of food preparation equipment, surfaces andtools.13) Assist tomaintain, and update all records, manuals, training procedures, productspecification books.14) Assist withpreparation for any and all food safety audits.15) Maintaincleanliness and sanitation of all food premises.16) Conductsupplier?s audits, respectively fill the supplier audit reports and evaluatesuppliers.17) Practices?Yes I Can? attitude18) Adheres to RHG?sBusiness ethicsHEALTH AND SAFETYEnsures that all potential and real hazards arereported and reduced immediately.Fully understands the hotel?s fire, emergencyand bomb procedures.Ensures that emergency procedures are practicedand enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees.Ensures that employees work in a safe mannerthat does not harm or injure self or others.Stimulates and encourages a general awareness ofhealth and safety in tasks and activities carried out within the department.Follows hotel regulations and adheres toexisting laws and regulations.Anticipates possible and probable hazards andconditions and either corrects them or takes action to prevent them fromhappening.Ensures that the highest standards of personalhygiene, dress, uniform, appearance, body language and conduct is maintained byall employees in the department.QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCES & COMPETENCIESShouldbe a HACCP/Food Safety Level 3 trained.Applicantsshould possess relevant educational qualification.Workexperience of at least 3 years in similar field is needed.Experiencein inspecting Food premises, write reports, and fill the check-lists.Specializedqualification in food safety and hygiene will be an advantage.Shouldpossess a track record of food safety and hygiene within the food industry.Abilityto liaise with all departments.Shouldpossess excellent communication skills.Verygood computer skills.Salary QR 4000 /- , Housing , Meals , Transportation
