The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The specialist maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up/continually improve the existing HR strategy for Qatar in coordination with the Regional HR leadership and ensure its continued implementation and success. Ensures the alignment of the HR Function with both the Global and Regional HR Strategy. Provides, strategic & functional support, to the Qatari Team and senior management team. Responsible for managing HR project Serves as the liaison to various business groups (Benefits, HRIS, Administration, Legal, etc.) with respect to all HR activities. to ensuring the integrity of all data based on strategy and business needs. Consults with HR function, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyse data and provide reports as needed SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
