A day in the life of our agents often includes:
Warm calling (verified) potential leads or property owners
Handling enquiries from prospective buyers, sellers and tenants
Qualifying buyers and tenants and conducting viewings
Researching market data and industry trends
Preparing CMA’s and presenting it to clients
Negotiating terms and contracts between two parties
Attending developer launches or other industry related events
Negotiating exclusive listing agreements
Updating leads on a very supportive CRM
Collaborating with colleagues and teammates for closure
Weekly sales meetings and trainings with management
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in UAE (required)
Driver’s license (required)
Bachelor’s or Associate degree (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial drive
Ability to make and maintain relationships in the market
Good time management
Can work independently
Able to work under pressure
Have a strong desire to be successful
