Description:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new referral opportunities. By using a referral approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing client lists.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
Build rapport and establish long long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience preferably in real estate
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Demonstrable positive attitude
Skills
· Fluent in either language (English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Iranian, Hindu)
· Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling, and leasing property in Dubai
· Should have leasing experience in residential apartments and commercial real estate
· Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
· Ability to work with targets and commission basis
· Self-Motivated
· Hardworking
