1. JOB PURPOSE
Assessing staffing needs with assigned departments of the organization and plan effective sourcing channels & ensure timely hiring of required manpower.
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
· A graduate in any discipline
· At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in Human Resources particularly in Recruitment
· Should be proficient working on MS office, managing Recruitment MIS and using recruitment portals
· Should have an understanding of hiring countries’ labor regulations and hiring process.

HR Manager – Talent Acquisition, HODs, Department / Line Managers, HR team, all other staff of the company, Sourcing consultants
4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
· Effective execution on recruitment plans – local & overseas
· Timely hiring, selection & job placement
· Plan effective and suitable sources for staff hiring
· Maintenance of data and information for HRMIS
· Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy & manpower planning
· Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
· Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
· Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
· Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
· Reviews employment applications and background check reports
· Encourage and conduct IJPs to ensure proper rotation of staff for roles available
· Maintain and create JDs and organization charts of all positions in the organization
· Regularly create & update competition analysis report
· Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
· Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
· Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
· Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
· Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
· Administer and coordinate the entire onboarding of the employees
· Communicate regularly with departments to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals and maintain and update Manpower plan
· Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
· Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
· Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
· Travel within UAE or another country for Recruitment activities
· Travel to other entity countries for recruitment and/or manpower planning activities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
