Job Summary
This role involves hydraulic design engineering and documentation including foul sewerage, treated sewage effluent (TSE) and SW/GW drainage networks. Having experience in InfoWorks, Civil 3D and Bentley softwares is a must requirement.
The responsibilities will also include to coordinate with other interfacing engineering disciplines. Provides a comprehensive design expertise on multi-disciplinary projects with a multidisciplinary team of Engineers providing a professional design service to clients.
Job Duties: Responsible for the preparation and successful completion of all deliverables relating to gravity and pressure networks including supporting calculations and specifications. Undertake hydraulic model build and analysis. Undertake pipe arrangement and valve configuration for networks. Coordination with other departments and services for completion of complete package deliverables. Produces technical calculations to high standards of quality using current computer software. Prepares technical specifications. Ensures compliance of design with all applicable standards and regulations. Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses. Conducts surveys, studies, site investigations, as required. Recommends and prepares technical reports/notes. Supervise and mentor less experienced or junior engineers. Liaise with construction team & contribute to providing solutions to challenges that arise during the construction process. Client & third-party engagement/ liaison to obtain relevant technical consents and approvals. Specific Skills Required: Software experience in Bentley WaterCAD, WaterGems, SewerGems & InfoWorks CS/WS is mandatory. Surge analysis experience is preferred but not essential. Pump station experience is preferred but not essential.

8-10 years of consultancy design experience in the consulting industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or similar. Chartership is preferred but not essential.
