Description:
Responsible for maintaining agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc., arrange management meetings (including client meetings) and minuting where required. Day-to-day management of the Directors diary and meeting schedule.
Act as a first point of contact for senior management’s team members in a highly professional manner.
Setting up Business Planning meetings and coordinating all meetings; work with the Department Heads to ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
Providing direct support for the Management team as required. Prepare information for presentations. Setup travel arrangements whenever needed.
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
Coordinate on the effective management of day to day operations.
Maintain the filing and update of business documentation held in hardcopy and electronically, ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
Need to coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the Board meetings and other meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations weekly and monthly updates in conjunction with the Department Heads. Monitor, track and follow-up on results for all advised/known milestones
Required Criteria:
Required Bachelors Degree Preferably in Business
3+ years experience as a Executive Support to C-Level Executives
Excellent English Communication Skills
Adept in Microsoft Office
