?A Bachelors with MBA Degree in a HR discipline is requiredLANGUAGE?Fluency in written and spoken English is essentialSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?A minimum 3-5 years of HR related experience?A high degree of computer literacy; knowledge of an ERP system?Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues?Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization?Well-developed organizational skills?The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment and to cope with pressure in a positive manner while working to deadlines within a busy and demanding environment?A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organizationDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?Coordinates Recruitment to ensure that job descriptions are updated prior to commencing the recruitment process?Assists Recruitment with interview logistics and other college-based recruitment activities using the recruitment tool HireInSight?Follows up with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that reference checks, security paperwork and other new hire documentation is received by HR?Creates and maintains secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems?Serves a point of contact for new hires with questions arising during the onboarding process?Administers the temporary recruitment process using the proprietary HRMS?Coordinates with Payroll, Compensation and Benefits to ensure the registration and administration of the employees benefit programs?Liaises with Visa Administrators regarding employee visa requirements?Administers the new hire orientation program?Ensures that HR policies and procedures are communicated accurately to college stakeholders?Administers the process for contract renewals, resignations, terminations and probation completions?Provides advice, guidance and interpretation on the application of HR programs, policies and procedures?Serves as a point of contact for college employee relations issues?Demonstrates a commitment to Emiratization program and professional development initiatives for UAE National employees?Contributes to the development of the collage by monitoring programs and identifying areas for improvement; by observing and implementing College and system-wide policies and procedures; and by participating in extra-curricular activities and community events?Develops an awareness of and respect for the customs and cultures to employees?Performs other related duties as assigned by the SupervisorAccommodation provided.
