Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
• When possible, lead the way for guests entering or leaving the premises.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
• Coordinate with superiors to accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
• Seat guests based on availability and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
• Inspect Host Station for proper Communication tools such as flyers vouchers and business cards.
• Relay messages to servers and runners as needed.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
