We are looking for an Administrator for our office with prior experience of 3- 5 years in UAE handling administrator/ back-office role in a real estate company
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients, answering the telephone and making follow-up calls
Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
Managing a client database and preparing reports
Assisting with closing processes
Performing other duties as assigned
Handle multiple real estate and construction projects
Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments
Support real estate agent in handling sales, leasing and rental activities
Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled to ensure open lines of communication on the team
