Well Planner?Would you like the opportunity to plan and design innovative Well technology?Would leading a team to deliver great things for customers excite you??Join our Well Construction and Production team?We are the leader in well construction and production. Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value. Our team ensures our wells and designed and planned effectively and efficiently to optimize energy extraction for our customers.?Lead a team that makes a difference to our business?As the Well Planner, you will take ownership of planning and designing wells for our customers. Leading a team of well planners and applications engineers youll oversee the mechanical design and architecture of wells. Working with real-time data, youll ensure efficiency and deliver results for our customers?As a Well Planner, you will be responsible for:?
- At a regional level – Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions while interfacing with the commercial team.
- Possessing a deep understanding of power generation markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies.
- Calculating of plant, system and equipment performance and efficiency.
- Documenting technical specifications & costing elements for further contract execution phases.
- Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
- Working closely with people from the business unit.
- Communicating with the direct team and supervisor.
- Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.
Fuel your passion?To be successful in this role you will:?
- Have leadership experience in an Energy environment with an understanding of Well Planning & Design
- Have experience of working with customers, identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate a good aptitude for relationship building and the ability to generate confidence in your contacts
- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology
