Job Title: HR SupervisorJob Code: 108/001/461Location: DubaiSalary: AED 8,000 ? 10,000Industry: Retail ElectronicsJob Purpose:Responsible for enhancing the organization?s human resources operations by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, and human resources policies, programs, and practices.Job Responsibilities:Key Performance Area 1: Business Performance? Providing HR Professional support in all related aspect of workforce cycle. Ensure facilitating organizational design, Proper talent Management; talent acquisition, talent development and talent retention. Ensure company?s development of cultural journey based on open communication, excellence, accountability and respect. Support the process of performance management and goal setting on all business levels. Ensure updating Job descriptions and periodic communication on KPI progress.? Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties and provide general administrative support to the human resources team.? Maintain personnel records in a timely and accurate manner.? Maintain files for job descriptions, trainings and balance scorecards for easy retrieval of documents.? Organize and coordinate for new employee orientation and notify relevant employees of the same. Also prepare induction material to be distributed amongst the employees.? Complete appropriate paperwork for all new employees and forward personal files to accounts department for payroll processing.? Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.? Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance management etc.).? Compose and type letters, memoranda, and other correspondence related to assigned human resources programs and activities; prepare a variety of reports as requested.? Plan and coordinate recruitments; prepare job announcements and advertisements.? Schedule interviews as per the availability of the candidate & interviewer; notify them and prepare the documentation pertaining to the interview in advance.? Maintain excel record of employees? documentation to identify missing documentation and progress.? Log all trainings conducted and maintain documentation pertaining to trainings.? Maintain the confidentiality of the HR department in regard to employee disclosures and issues.? Manage and maintain the Staff Employee Handbook.Key performance Area 2: Customer Focus? Coordinate with PRO and team members to ensure work visas and required documentations for expats are in line with company policy.? Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.? Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.? Initiate and investigate regarding allegations of harassments, discrimination, and/or inappropriate conduct.? Administer the Company?s all employee related insurance programs.Key Performance Area 3: People Development and Teamwork ? Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team at all levels.? Work and empathize with employees to understand and resolve practical issues and common problems.? Remind team leaders / supervisors / department heads of upcoming probationary reviews, and review the documentation once received, before confirmation letter is issued.? Assist and participate enthusiastically in all official activities.? Participate and attend all trainings recommended by department head to improve subject knowledge and productivity.Key performance Area 4: Quality? Ensure that company format, procedures and policies are followed.? Ensure that ISO procedures and requirements are complied with.? Adhere to the company?s health and safety standards.? Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.Job Requirements:? Bachelors? Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent with prior experience of 6-8 years in HR Function.? At least 2 years of HR management role.? Bachelor?s degree.? Master?s degree in Business Administration is preferred.? CIPD Qualified.? Age bracket: 27 ? 35 years.? Worked with a mix of multinational and local companies.? Industry Preference: Electronics Retail.? Well-developed skills in written.? Microsoft Office and Computer Literate.? Able to work under pressure to demanding time pressures and to meet deadlines.? Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.? Strong verbal and written communication skill.? High level of professionalism and personal presentation at all times.? Able to understand and adapt to cultural sensitivities.? Problem solving / lateral thinking skills.? Excellent time management and prioritization.?
