Full job description
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant with accounting background who can join immediately. Female only
Previous experience as Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
Hands-on experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
Organizing and coordinating skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally).
Responsibilities
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Desktop research
Book travel arrangements (flights and hotel accommodations)
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Maintain contact lists
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and other accounting doents.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing procedures.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Experience:
Accounting experience: 1 year UAE Experience (required)
Administrative experience: at least 1 year UAE experience (required)

English (required)
