Job Requirements.css-1t5f0fr{font-size:14px;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;letter-spacing:-0.35px;line-height:22px;color:#001433;word-break:break-word;}.css-1t5f0fr p{margin-top:12px;margin-bottom:12px;}.css-1t5f0fr ul,.css-1t5f0fr ol{list-style-type:disc;padding-left:18px;}@media screen and (max-width: 991px){.css-1t5f0fr{padding:0 12px;}}Employee Administration Provide support to all employees for any issues relating to their employment, maintaining high levels of customer service when interacting with all employees.Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.Prepare salary certificates and other personnel documents required by employees.Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as personnel transaction such as hires, promotions, transfers, and termination.Maintain and update employee files with relevant information such as: personal details vacation and leave balance, sick leave and training records.Ensure all employee benefits (medical insurance) are administered in line with employee contracts, Company policy and in accordance to legal requirements.Liaise with medical insurance companies and other HR providers.Ensure data integrity and security of all employees and maintain all employee information with utmost confidentiality. Conduct grievance investigations with HR Manager Dubai, recommending resolutions, and ensuring company policy is followed and documented.Discuss and determine appropriate disciplinary action in cases of misconduct and under performance in line with the Qanawat’s disciplinary policies and procedures.Conduct exit interviews of key employees and report on key learning.RecruitmentAssist HR Manager Dubai with recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and send appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.Prepare contracts and offer letters as per request of Deputy Managing Director/ Finance & Administration Manager.Be responsible for the company induction process including ensuring work space is ready, all required documentation is completed, assisting in living arrangementsCreate employee files for new hires
