Conduct property viewings and negotiate sale/lease agreements.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
Provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
UAE driver’s license mandatory.
RERA certification is a plus.
