Your role
Serve as the lead point of contact for everything related to the accounts managed.
Contribute actively to formulating and articulating marcom strategies by mining insights to help develop persuasive briefs aligned to client objectives.
Work with the Account Director to organize brainstorming sessions with relevant stimulus and thought-starters.
Create compelling proposals and presentations for pitches, RFPs and regular work.
Take ownership of the work as the brand custodian and align it to the positioning strategy.
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships to help enhance business value.
Ensure quality control and compliance through a very thorough detail orientation.
Make sure that the deliverables meet the brief, budget and timelines.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related services to clients.
Make presentations to clients, understand feedback and relay it back to internal teams.
Work with different departments seamlessly to ensure smooth workflow.
This includes, but is not limited to, Finance for invoicing and collections management.
Coordinate with clients on invoicing and collections, and day-to-day tasks like organizing meetings, writing minutes, and other administrative requirements.
Your credentials
Minimum 4 years’ experience in advertising/digital marketing/video production ideally in the UAE or the Middle East.
An Arabic speaker preferably with experience in client servicing in advertising only.
High proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is important.
Team player who’s inclusive and collaborative, with excellent people skills.
Remuneration will be on par with the market, matching your skillsets and experience.
