Hiring Patient Relation Officer for Derma & Aesthetic Clinic located in #Dubai
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Patient Relations Officer with a primary focus on in-house cross-sale initiatives. As a key member of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with patients to enhance their experience and maximize revenue opportunities through cross-selling.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage with patients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
Provide personalized assistance and support to patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services, products, or upgrades to existing patients.
Collaborate with different departments, including marketing and sales, to develop cross-selling campaigns and promotions.
Track and analyze cross-selling metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between patients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in patient relations and cross-selling.
Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all patient interactions and cross-selling efforts.
Continuously strive to exceed targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Coordination with Marketing Team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or related field.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse patient populations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning and improvement.
Languages: English and Arabic.
Salary ranges 6k-10k based on experience.
