Manages and oversees the daily operational functions of International Employment Section, ensures effective and efficient operation of the section.
1. Executes and implements recruitment strategies, goals and objectives that support the Hospital’s objectives through recruitment of qualified workforce as instructed by higher management.
Masters or Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, or other related discipline is required.
Grade 11: Five (5) years of related experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years in a seniority position is required.
