Job Discription
•Ensure that facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
•Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
•Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and work orders.
•Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Candidate Requirement
•Diploma in Facility Management or related field preferred.
•Proven experience in facility management or a similar role, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
•Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.
