Job Overview:
As a Brand Manager and PR Officer at our startup brokerage, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy and public relations initiatives. You will be responsible for managing our brand identity, building brand awareness, and fostering positive relationships with media outlets and stakeholders. Key Requirements & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (5 years) in brand management, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
Strong understanding of branding principles, PR strategies, and media relations best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software/tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) is preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations related to financial services marketing and communications is a plus.
