Print and distribute documents as neededScan and upload documents according to company procedureCollect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s systemReview and update documents for maintenance and quality controlKeep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain accessHandle records across various departmentsCreate templates for use by other personnelMaintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documentsEstablish and maintain record retention timelines
COMMUNICATION Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reportsCommunciate well Well Control aspects across the operational crew and keep reinforcing the procedures and protcols to be followed.
VISION & LEADERSHIP Demontrates leadership, ethical behaviour and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times
REQUIRED:
5 years of relevant experience in document management
Must be able to maintain professional relationships with its team and if necessary, customers.Well organised Attention to detail, quality orientation required.
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Power Point Excel
