Job Title: Personal Assista Assistant
Responsibilities:
•Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
•Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
•Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
•Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising.
•Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content to effectively showcase products or services.
•Support the management of social media accounts by drafting posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to optimize performance.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives and achieve objectives.
•Maintain accurate records and doentation related to marketing activities, expenses, and performance metrics.
•Provide general assistance and support to the team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to various tasks and projects.
Requirements:
•Russian Female Speaker
•Not more than 26 years old
•Proven experience in administrative support, marketing, or a related role.
•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
•Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
•Creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
•Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
