Required Job Skills:
3 to 5 years minimum experience in Administrative functions including General HR duties
Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Tally ERP 9 experience is a must
Experience in other accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, Focus is an advantage
With accounting background and knowledge preferably Commerce degree holder
Analytical skills required
Can work with minimal supervision
Fluency in the English language both spoken and written is a must
Ability to meet deadlines
Organized and a multi tasker
To work efficiently under pressure with attention to details
Should be able to grasp instructions immediately
Fast learner and can work independently
Responsibilities:
General Office Administration
Maintaining accounting records and files
Monthly accounting in coordination with head office accounts until closing of Financial year
Bills payments and payroll
Organizing travel documents, itineraries and schedules for the General Manager and Director
Assisting in employment visas and renewals with the PRO
Personal assistant to the General Manager
Total Customer support to our distributors in the Middle East region including quote preparation and logistics.
Our office is located in JLT Cluster D. Timings are from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm. Saturdays and Sundays are off.
