ROLE PURPOSE:
The HR Manager will be responsible to manage all Human Resource activities at Unified Company, including recruitment, employee services, compensation & benefits, Performance Management & Development & Organizational Development in accordance with company’s vision and overall strategies and objectives.

Experience:
-Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in Human Resources filed
-Must be a Saudi national.
-Must be able to fully communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Arabic
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
-Certified in HRMS or CIPD holder is preferable.
-Previous human resources leadership experience required.
