Overview
Monitors and evaluates the performance of the special needs center that the Company sponsors; provide metrics supporting key performance measures for these centers. Ensures high-quality, evidence-based practices adopted and impmeneted at the special needs centers including but not limited to: comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis, early intervention, Special education, Inclusive education and coordinating services; multidisciplinary therapeutic services, vocational and supported job programs’; and training and development of professional staff.
Provides expertise in training, program development, and evaluation in special edcuation to special needs centers staff and opertions; Provides effective supervision through advice and guidance on training, consultation, and evaluation to ensure a high standard of professional care, safeguarding and protecting the wellbeing of PwD students. Promotes and efficiently work with multidisciplinary PwD team settings.
