As a Sales and Business Development Executive in the cybersecurity training industry, you will play a crucial role in promoting our programs and services while achieving specific sales targets. Your responsibilities include:
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cybersecurity training programs and services.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about the latest developments in the cybersecurity industry.
Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
Identify and engage with potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, who require cybersecurity training.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.
Client Consultation:
Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their specific cybersecurity training needs and objectives.
Provide customized solutions that align with client requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our cybersecurity training programs and services.
Communicate the unique value proposition and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and expansion of training programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity sector.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting and Doentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to individuals, teams, and organizations.
Clearly communicate the value of our training programs and services.
Candidate Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and industry-specific terminology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven and highly motivated with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driver’s license and access to transportation (if required).
