The COO office Manager is responsible for Maintaining the COO image with his superiors and protect his interests along with maintaining a good relationship with the team, supporting the COO’s needs., manage the calendar, emails, filing, and the day to day workflow and maintaining the COO Office confidentiality

Bachelor s degree or 5+ relevant work experience.
1. Develop operational plan for COO office operation with applicable budget estimates
2. Cascade annual strategy and plan into weekly/ monthly plans
3. Develop and review office policies and procedures for contouring daily operations
4. Identify resources and delegate tasks for facilitating smooth day-to-day operations ensuring effective resource utilization and adherence to plans
5. Follow up on allotted work, check on progress of pending matters to ensure timely reply, action or completion
6. Accountable for executive support to the COO
7. Administer and supervision maintenance of the calendar of the COO and schedule appointments
8. Supervise/ Prepare agendas, notices, and assist in preparing minutes and resolutions of the meetings ensuring accuracy and proper time management
9. Supervise/ Organize travel plans, events, meetings or conferences by making suitable arrangements
10. Review and route COO correspondences basis importance
11. Draft letters, communications, or documents on COO s behalf
12. Maintain or supervise maintenance of office files and other documentation to keep information up-to-date and ready to use as needed
13. Coordinate with all company departments to meet the COO needs 14. Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
15. Lead the operations of the department as assigned, whilst effectively leading and guiding members of senior management as well as building and sharing a strategic vision that others can aspire and commit to
16. Establish the required performance standards within the department, ensuring effective cascading to respective teams and management of adherence to them
17. Supervise and review performance of individuals in the team
18. Give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the division s strategy, annual goals and objectives
