This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.Your responsibilities will include:Overlooking for the risk management performance on their assigned commission(s).Creating/designing effective risk management framework(s)/strategy(s) on assigned commission(s).Managing and directing clients, consultants, contractors, project team on assigned commission(s) on all risk management matters.Providing partnership with clients meeting their expectations and building strong professional relationships.Providing expert advice and support to project/programme teams in the administration of the risk process, particularly with respect to the risks to achievement of key project objectives and escalation of risks.Facilitating and driving the delivery of risk workshops.Working with project managers to recognise opportunities and mitigations to minimise risk exposure.Ensuring risk mitigation action plans are developed, risk and action owners appointed and that project plans are updated accordingly and monitored.Directing and supervising the delivery of project/programme quantitative risk analysis (cost and time).Giving comments on the adequacy of contingency as part of the regular reporting cycle as required.Developing and delivering monthly risk reports, externally to the client and internally to the project team.Ensuring all activities/operations are carried out in line with Mace control centre, client requirements and prevailing legislation.Providing line management to more junior risk managers and other project/programme staff as required.Utilising expertise to mentor and assist the personal and career development of junior members of risk team.Supervising the integration of risk with PMO and planning disciplines.Supporting the hub risk lead with resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission.About youWith a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
