Job Description
We are currently seeking an Officer Procurement to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement. As an Officer Procurement, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Responsibilities:Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing suppliers, evaluating proposals, and selecting vendors.Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing and payment terms.Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues that arise.Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.Monitor and track procurement metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to ensure compliance and efficiency.Preferred Candidate:Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
