The main responsibilities will include:
. Operational support to Operation & Safety Department
. Overall coordination with the logistic team and drivers
. Document controlling for operations and safety departments.
. Assist the HR & Admin Manager to fulfil any tasks and help with the data entry jobs.
. Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.
Requirements to apply for this position:
. Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
. Min 3- 5 years proven experience as Admin Assistant, Admin Clerk role
. Experience working in operation & safety teams
. Working experience in international environments, Transportation & Logistic is a plus
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
. Good computer skills- familiar with the company database and proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
