1. Arranges the orientation program with all departments within KSUMC.
2. Coordinates and reviews orientation program, employee handbook, directories, and performance and evaluation forms.
3. Welcomes new employees, rewards retired employees.
4. Evaluates and resolves staff issues, work-related problems and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
5. Provides employees ID badge, receives ID badge and clearance when staff ends contract with KSUMC.
6. Addresses employee issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, grievance or other employee concerns.
7. Sets events activities and formulates forms of project events, and designs photograph copy for events.
8. Counsels employees regarding work, family, and/or personal problems.
9. Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties.
10. Prepares newsletter and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns, feedback and comments.
11. Analyses exit interviews and recommend improvements, reviews statistical report for questionnaire on weekly basis.

13. Writes an official delegation of all responsibilities and assignments prior to leave / vacation.
14. Performs other job related duties as assigned as per to the policy within the entity assigned.
Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or equivalent related field.
Preferred: Master Degree in Human Resources, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or equivalent related field.
Experience:
Bachelor: Four (4) years work experience in Human Resources or similar field.
Master: Two (2) years work experience in Human Resources or similar field.
